Quick Start Guide

• Your handset needs to be Unlocked – see www.xfonemobile.co.uk for details
• Remove the SIM from the enclosed plastic card and place it in the handset
• Turn the handset on and make sure you have network coverage

 Making a call

• Dial *117* country code & number# and press the Send/Call button
• For example *117*00442084979295# Send/Call
• Or *117*+442084979295# Send/Call
• There will be a short pause, with no sound or line tone
• Your phone may (depending on handset model) display an on screen message saying “Thank you for using the service. Your call will be connected soon.”
• After few seconds, your handset will ring and when you answer, you will here a voice message saying “Please wait while we connect your call”
• You will then hear a normal ring tone and you will be connected to the number you dialled
• When finished – please hang up as you would normally

Receiving a call

• As you would normally receive a call

To use voicemail

• Dial *117*802# and follow the voice instructions

To check you balance

• Dial *117*0# – you will receive an on-screen message

For top up enquiries and costumer service

• Dial *117*80404# or 0044 208 4979 295 from any phone

Calls to Voicemail and customer service will be charged based on the network you are calling from.
